Returns & Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the core of Alaska Fur Gallery’s business practice. We aim to exceed your expectations – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds are credited back in their original form of payment. Under this policy, the following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase
    (The return policy does not go into effect until the shipper, UPS / USPS, provides us with delivery confirmation)

  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, undamaged, saleable, with ALL original tags still attached. Removal of ANY original tags forfeits the customer’s eligibility for a return.

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to communicate their dissatisfaction, if any, to Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. within the allotted time (48-hours). All returns require an authorization code, packages that are sent back to Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. without an authorization code will be rejected upon arrival.

  • Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition

Returning by Mail

Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge when all the criteria has been met under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Contact our Customer Service line to process your return; 1-888-722-3877

  • An Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. employee will process your return by gathering necessary information, i.e. your name, shipping address, receipt number, etc.) Once approved, you will then receive a printable UPS Return label via e-mail. Place your product back in its original packaging, if possible, or otherwise a similar in weight box. Include all document(s) requested by the Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. employee and seal the package properly for shipment. Attach the printed UPS Return Label to the package and drop it off at your nearest UPS Store.

  • In accordance with CPI Compliance, we are not legally allowed to reserve or record your personal credit card / bank information for future use or purchasing-convenience. Therefore, your refund will be processed manually, over the phone, by an authorized representative of Alaska Fur Gallery, Inc. For security measures, once your refund has been processed, the information you provided to the representative automatically deletes upon completion.
